Service Description

QuickQ provides cross-platform network connection clients, node selection, account and subscription management, and related technical support. Specific features may vary by device, system version, subscription plan, and region.

We may update, adjust or discontinue some functions to improve security, stability or compatibility, and will provide necessary instructions within a reasonable scope.

Account and security

You should provide accurate registration information, properly keep your account number, password and verification code, and be responsible for the activities that occur under your account.

When you discover unauthorized access, account leaks, or unusual devices, please change your password immediately and contact QuickQ support. Accounts may not be sold, rented, shared or otherwise misused.

Subscription, payment and renewal

The package price, cycle, device quantity and discounts are subject to the purchase page. Please confirm the order content and the renewal rules of the selected payment channel before making payment.

Automatic renewal, cancellation and refund are determined by the specific purchase channel and applicable rules. If the order status is abnormal, please provide the order number and payment record to contact support for verification.

fair use rules

You may not use the Services to engage in activities that violate applicable laws, infringe upon the rights of others, spread malware, attack network systems, send spam, circumvent security measures, or interfere with the normal use of other users.

You may not reverse engineer, hack, tamper with, resell the Services, or impose unusual loads on the Services through automated means.

intellectual property

The intellectual property rights contained in the QuickQ website, client, logo, interface, code, documentation and related content belong to QuickQ service providers or legal rights holders.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal use license.

Third party services

The Services may contain links to app stores, payment channels or other third-party services. Third-party services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies, and QuickQ does not control their content or operations.

Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate related services when there are security risks in the account, violation of these terms, payment arrears, service abuse or legal requirements.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription in accordance with the purchase channel rules. After termination, some provisions that are required by law or to handle disputes will remain in effect.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Network speed and availability are affected by local network, equipment, node distance, third-party services and force majeure. We will reasonably maintain the Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted or meet all specific purposes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, QuickQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses; unless otherwise mandated by law.

We may update these Terms in response to product, legal, or operational changes. Major changes will be prompted through the website, client or other reasonable means. Continued use of the service after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised content.
