Quick start guide
Following the steps below can often complete setup or resolve an issue quickly.
Create and log in account
After downloading the client, open QuickQ and log in with your account. If you don’t have an account yet, please follow the client prompts to complete registration and verification.
Choose the right client
Choose Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, or Linux version depending on your device system. It is recommended to always obtain the latest version from the download page of this site.
Complete first connection
After logging in, allow the system to add network configurations, select Automatically select or recommend nodes, and click the Connect button. Once connected, you can start using it.
Switch nodes and lines
When you need to access services in different regions, you can switch locations in the node list. When the network fluctuates, try recommended nodes or closer lines first.
Please record the steps that caused the problem, the error message, and the client version, and then contact QuickQ support.
