QuickQ Guide

Connection speed is determined by a number of factors. Locating the bottleneck first and then choosing the corresponding method is usually more effective than repeated reinstallation.

Step 1

Test local network first

Test the underlying network after disconnecting QuickQ. If the local network itself is unstable, please restart the router or switch Wi‑Fi or mobile networks first.

Step 2

Choose a node that is closer

Physical distance affects latency. Give priority to trying the nodes recommended by the client, and then compare the connection performance in adjacent areas.

Step 3

Reduce background usage

Pause cloud syncs, system updates, large file downloads, and other bandwidth-intensive tasks before retesting your speed.

Step 4

Change agreement and time period

Different networks behave differently with protocols. You can switch the connection method within the scope allowed by the client, and you can also avoid local network peak hours.

Tips

The client interface may change slightly with version updates. If the page steps are not exactly consistent with the device display, please refer to the current client prompts first.
