QuickQ Guide

Good account habits can reduce the risk of abnormal logins, device overload, and subscription information leakage.

Step 1

Use independent strong passwords

Do not reuse passwords with other sites, and do not disclose passwords, verification codes, or full payment information to anyone.

Step 2

Manage devices you no longer use

Exit the old device before changing your phone or computer. When the simultaneous online limit is reached, the old device should be removed or the multi-device plan should be upgraded.

Step 3

Identify anomalies and phishing

QuickQ support will never ask for passwords or verification codes. When you encounter suspicious links, unofficial installation packages or unusual payment requirements, please stop operating and contact us.

Step 4

Save orders but avoid leaking them

The order number and payment time are helpful for customer service verification, but do not disclose the complete payment voucher, bank card information or identity materials.

Tips

The client interface may change slightly with version updates. If the page steps are not exactly consistent with the device display, please refer to the current client prompts first.
